Semi-Private Training blends individualized programming with the motivation and accountability of a small group environment. You’ll train alongside 2–5 other members, each following their own program tailored to their needs. A coach supervises your movements, offers corrections, and ensures you’re progressing safely—but the session is shared, creating a supportive and energizing training atmosphere.
